It’s difficult to adequately express what a fantastic experience it was having Joyce Pollakoff guide us through the planning of our daughter and fiancé’s wedding. The wedding took place in Chicago and I live in New York City. I was concerned because my knowledge of Chicago’s venues and vendors was very limited.
From the moment I met Joyce, she put my mind at ease. She “got” what I wanted and she has extremely high standards. Joyce recommended incredible venues and vendors. It was apparent the respect Joyce has from all of her vendors.
During the planning process, Joyce patiently answered questions, held hands, and suggested solutions whenever issues arose. In fact, “Ask Joyce”, became a popular mantra in our house.
The day of the wedding, my daughter and I were able to be relaxed and present knowing that Joyce and her team had everything under control. Even my guests commented that they had never seen a wedding go so smoothly.
Joyce was a godsend and I am so happy that I can now call her my friend.
